Oberon Blackgard was the firstborn son of Lord Trovar Blackgard, Lord of Ebonheart. Oberon was killed fighting for his father during the Fourth Border Wars.
Oberon is remembered by Trevyr Blackgard for possessing all the personalities of a true knight, being chivalric and steadfast, but also for being unfaithful to his gods and to his betrothed; he frequently visited brothels after each battle he fought. He and Trevyr held a strained relationship, being mostly away from home due to the war.
