Ghostskin[]
Ghostskin is a type of moss found in Westeros. It grows in the swampy northern region of the Neck, and is prevalent around Moat Cailin.[1] Ghostskin moss grows in wreath-like white ropey garlands described as slimy and sickeningly sweet-smelling odour.[2]
Several Crannogmen farm and readily consume the sweet mucilage that drips. It is sometimes served to ignorant or adventurous travelers visiting inns along the King's Road in The Neck as a glacé on baked goods.
