Drand is a minor character in the fifth and sixth seasons. He was a sellsword in the service of House Bolton, and fought in both the Battle of Winterfell and the Battle of the Bastards.
History[]
Season 5[]
Drand is present when Sansa Stark arrives in Winterfell, and helps take Lord Petyr Baelish to his quarters. He is then put to work on guard duty.
During the battle of Winterfell, he stays close to Ramsay Bolton, helping him pick off several of Stannis Baratheon's men.
Season 6[]
Drand is present during the Battle of of the Bastards, following Lord Jon Umber into battle. Lord Umber and Lord Bolton's men surround the remainder of Jon Snow's army. After pushing forwards and killing off several of their men, Drand is unexpectedly grabbed by Wun Weg Wun Dar Wun and torn in half. His remains were later burned along with hundreds of other Bolton men.
