Lady Clarra Tyrell, popularly known as the Old Rose, is an unseen character in Game of Thrones. She was a member of House Tyrell and the wife of Lord Gerrard Oatwright. Their marriage cemented the alliance between the Tyrells and the Oatwrights.

Early Life[]
Clarra was born and raised at Highgarden, the only daughter of Lord Harlen Tyrell, the first Warden of the South and Lord of Highgarden. She was known to have loved her father and her brother Theo deeply. Lord Harlen planned to cement strong alliances with the rest of the Reach, and so Clarra was wed to the current lord of Wrightoak, Gerrard Oatwright.
While having a simple marriage at first, Clarra and Gerrard came to love each other deeply, having two sons together, Collin and Owen.
Following the death of Lord Gerrard, Clarra spent her later years travelling the Reach, meeting various lords and their children. One of these visits resulted in Lord Fossoway marrying his youngest daughter Arina Fossoway to her grandson Walton Oatwright.
After her death, Clarra's body was returned to Highgarden. She came to be remembered as the 'Old Rose', for her peaceful and kind hearted nature in her later days.
