Anyone who has ever been recognized as Lord of Ebonheart. Traditionally this title has been held by the given head of House Blackgard (though it was briefly held by Tylan Keller during the Fourth Border Wars) and its holder also concurrently holds the titles of Lord Defender of the Stormlands, Voice of Blackgard, Lord Paramount of the Borders, Shield of the East, and Warden of the Borderlands.
