Ser Aemon Waters, commonly known as the Black Dragon is an unseen character in Game of Thrones. He is not expected to appear in the series, being long dead by the time it begins. Aemon was a renowned knight and one of the many bastards of Lord Dalron Blackgard. His mother was Princess Vhaemys Targaryen. In his personal arms, he combined elements from both House Targaryen's and House Blackgard's sigil of a black and white dragon on a black and white field counter-charged.
